Support Groups

RAINS has space for support groups that are related to all things LGBTQ+ as well as things that intersect with it. We understand that having support for the various ways of being can make a big impact in our lives and we are here to ensure you have the time and space to meet others and find community.

If you have an idea for a group and don’t see it here, let us know! If you would like to start a support group we only have one rule, you must identify as part of the group you are creating the support group for. (Examples: If you would like to start a transgender support group you would need to identify as transgender. If you would like to start a support group for those who are ace and nonbinary then you would need to identify with both of those as well.)

We can provide the space and can potentially provide food and drink as well but the meetings will need to be planned ahead of time and coordinated with the RAINS Community Center’s schedule.
