We take every message seriously and will respond as quickly as we can.
Do keep in mind that any threatening or deliberately harassing messages will not receive a direct response – we will however take them seriously for what they are – bullying, threats, and/or harassment – and we will collect as much information as we can to report it.
That being said, RAINS also wants to hear from you if you feel that you have been treated unfairly or are not being held to the standards that you know we work to live up to. Please also feel free to let us know how we can improve in those ways as well. We cannot grow as an organization or as people within it without your input, even when it’s tough to hear.
