Community Reports

• Reports of blatant ignoring of transgender customers while they sat and waited to be served. Community members reported that it was not busy at the time and that their table was being intentionally missed. They ended up leaving without ordering and said they would not go back.

1. RAINS has witnessed some passive-aggressive behavior by waitstaff but as no one in the dining party was transgender and one person was nonbinary, we cannot be sure of why they were behaving that way. Further investigation is needed
